8 — Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding its conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any dispute that the parties cannot resolve informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in El Paso County, Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
